Operations
One clear difference in our workforce from others is the
constant attention to quality. From
our extensive orientation program to our daily monitoring of medical procedures,
the prehospital care providers of AMR of West Michigan know that they are
working in an environment that is designed to deliver the best medical care and
transportation in the region. Our

they work with, and their coworkers. Adding to the attention to quality is our commitment to open and respectful communication between all levels of personnel. We host monthly Town Hall meetings at each operation, publish an employee newsletter (developed and maintained by employees), and provide bi-weekly news updates so that all of our personnel receive current information about the organization. While our formal communications are more than most organizations offer, our open and friendly work environment is even better at insuring effective communications due to the open and accessible management team and availability of supervision.
